  2. Add it as a custom connector in your assistant.
  3. Sign in to Triangle when it asks.
  4. Choose what it can read or change, and which profile, then Accept.

Paste the address. A Triangle sign-in appears the first time Claude uses a Triangle tool.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu, or Pro read-only

Enter a name and the address, set Authentication to OAuth, tick “I understand” and choose Create as a plugin. Sign in to Triangle and accept, then type @ in a chat to pick Triangle. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin adds it.

Said plainly. Once connected, what your assistant reads is handled under that assistant’s own privacy policy, which Triangle doesn’t control. Connect only assistants you trust.

Your switch. Disconnect any time in Triangle under Settings → AI service connections, and access stops immediately. The assistant works only with what’s in Triangle; it can’t change anything at a hospital or clinic.
