What Longform does
Follows your markers across years
Every panel you upload is broken into structured values you can follow over time, each explained in plain language. Panels from different labs end up on the same record.
Puts your devices next to your bloodwork
Connect Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Withings, Polar or Samsung Health, and the readings sit beside your records. Daily summaries from Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre, such as time in range and your average, sit there too.
Reads your genome in context
Genetic sequencing reports are read alongside the rest of your records. Your report stops living in a separate PDF.
Answers what changed, and since when
Ask what moved between two panels, and the chat answers from your own file. A second check weighs every answer against the evidence, which matters when the numbers span years.
What makes Longform different
Readings from more than one device
Oura’s app, Garmin’s app and other device makers’ apps are designed around their own hardware. Longform sets readings from several devices beside your lab results, genetic reports and records.
Your genome beside your labs
A genetic-testing company’s report, such as 23andMe’s, sits apart from your doctors’ records. Longform reads your genetic report alongside your lab results and medical history.
Panels from every lab you’ve used
Each lab’s portal holds only the panels it ran. Longform lines up results from the reports you upload and the records Triangle requests, across years.
The long read in your own assistant
If you already think out loud with Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, connect it to Longform. With your permission it can read your labs, wearable readings, genetic reports and records, and you can disconnect it any time.

The team behind Longform
Longform is built by Triangle (Triangle Health, Inc.) in Pasadena, California, whose three co-founders are CEO Arun Verma, formerly a senior leader at Shopify and Atoms, Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop. The company grew out of Arun’s 2023 brain tumor diagnosis, when he lined up his own records and research by hand. Longform makes that long read available to anyone who measures their health in decades.

How Longform works
Begin with seven days
Open Longform’s 7-day free trial and say whose numbers these are: yours, or those of someone you look after.
Verification and an intake visit
Your identity and address get confirmed, the consent forms get signed, and you schedule an intake visit with a clinician.
Labs, devices, genome, records
While Triangle requests your records from the national networks, you upload lab PDFs and genetic reports and connect your devices. After that, the work is reading: your health topics and medications, what changed and when, and who in your family you’d like to share with.
Optionally, your assistant
Point Claude, ChatGPT or Grok at your Longform profile when you’re ready. Write to support@trianglehealth.com and Triangle will help with any part of setup.

Frequently asked questions
What does Longform read, and who builds it?
Longform reads your labs, wearables, genetic reports and records together, across years, in plain language. It’s a Triangle product, held under a Triangle account.
What does Longform cost, month to month?
Longform is a single membership at $9 a month, beginning once a 7-day free trial ends, card required. You can cancel any time.
Is Longform a longevity clinic or a doctor?
No. Longform reads your data with you; as research and educational support from Triangle, it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Your clinicians make the calls about your care, whatever your numbers say.
Can I take my Longform data into ChatGPT, Claude or Grok?
Yes. All three connect to Triangle over MCP via https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp, and you set what each can read or change. Grok needs a paid plan, and trianglehealth.com/agents has the setup guide for each assistant.
Who can get at my labs, genome and wearable data?
Labs, readings and genome alike are encrypted at rest and in transit, and Triangle is HIPAA compliant. Your data works for you alone: nobody buys it, advertisers never get it, and who can view your profile is your call.
Which devices connect to Longform?
Rings, straps and watches from Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Withings and Samsung Health connect, as do Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre glucose sensors. Each device’s readings land beside your labs and records.
Will Longform give me a protocol or tell me what to take?
No. Longform doesn’t hand out supplement or medication plans. It helps you understand your own data and bring sharper questions to your doctor.
Can I add results from labs I ordered myself?
Yes. Upload the reports as PDFs from whichever lab ran them, and they become structured results beside everything else. Results your doctors ordered arrive with the records Triangle requests, where those can be reached.
